Orders

Presently all orders are on a pre-order basis only.  Items are handmade in downtown Los Angeles.  Your beautiful bag will be made upon purchase and should ship within 3-4 weeks. Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you containing your order number.


Shipping

We offer complimentary domestic Fed-Ex ground shipping for all orders.  You will receive an e-mail containing your Fed-Ex tracking information upon shipment of your item.  Please note that Fed-Ex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  We are not responsible for lost or missing items due to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.


Changes/Cancellations

Completed online orders on our website cannot be cancelled or modified.  Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns/exchanges.


Returns

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund provided it is shipped back within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order.  Items postmarked after seven (7) days are eligible for store credit only.  Refunds are not available for items returned later than 15 days following delivery of order to purchaser.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.  However, in the case you received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, we will happily replace it with the equivalent item.  Please refer to our Damage/Defective/Incorrect Merchandise Policy.

Worn merchandise is not eligible for return.

All sale items are considered final sale.

In order to complete a return, please follow the instructions on the form enclosed within your shipment.

All items should be returned new, unused and shipped back with the original packaging & tags still attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  We recommend insuring the package as we are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Merchandise damaged from improper packaging cannot be accepted and will be returned to shipper.

Upon receipt of your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.  Your banking institution may require additional days (up to 3-5 business days) in order to process and post the credit to your account.


Sales Tax

United States Sales tax is calculated based on the rates applicable to the final shipping address.


Damages/Defective/Incorrect Merchandise

If the merchandise you received is damaged, incorrect or defective, please notify us within three (3) business days of receipt.  Our customer service department will e-mail you a return Fed-Ex label.  Upon receipt of the label, please return damaged item in its original packaging.  A replacement will be sent out upon availability or a refund will be issued.  Items damaged through use or negligence will not be accepted for exchange or refund.


Product Care

Our handbags are made with luxurious leathers imported from Italy.  These leathers are traditionally tanned so that they maintain their soft, luscious feel and natural beauty.  Variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of the leather and contribute to the uniqueness of each bag.  Exposure to direct sunlight, heat, water, oil, make-up, permanent dyes (i.e. ink, etc.) and humidity may damage the bag.  In the event your handbag becomes stained, we suggest that you take it to a leather care professional to be cleaned.

We recommend that you store your handbag inside the dust bag provided.  To maintain the structure of the bag, please stuff the bag with tissue, bubble wrap or something to that equivalent.
